How does Coworking work?
In essence, coworking is as straightforward as ordering food online. You choose your preferred location, select a membership that suits you, and you're done. From then on, you can focus on your work while we take care of everything else. Around your workspace, there are several additional “goodies” included in every membership.
For one, there is a spacious, modern communal kitchen where personal needs (coffee, tea, snacks, etc.) are met. For office needs, there are meeting rooms, phone booths, and web conference rooms available so you can work undisturbed.
The most important difference between a traditional office and a coworking space is the opportunity for networking and collaboration. The work environment is collaborative, as different people come together every day, potentially bringing the next big opportunity for your business.
Office-as-a-Service providers like andys also host regular networking events to help businesses find new partnerships and foster community cohesion. Additionally, fun activities are offered, from monthly Prosecco Thursdays to our Flow Sessions, which are perfect for making new contacts.
Open-Space Area for Flex and Fixed Desks
What types of workspaces are available?
Classic coworking spaces usually offer flexible or fixed desks. These are generally located in open areas. With Flex-Access, you do not have a fixed workstation but can use any available workspace in the open-space areas.
Flex-Desks are assigned on a "first come, first served" basis. Your Flex-Desk must be left clean and clear every day. Anything left behind will be removed. With this membership type, you can choose a different available spot each day.
With a Fixed-Desk, you have a dedicated workspace just for you, which no one else can use. This workspace includes a height-adjustable desk with a swivel chair and a locker. You can also leave personal items (but not valuables) at your workspace.
Additionally, there is the option of a Private Office, which resembles a traditional office.
Each of these memberships includes the same all-in services, so every member can benefit from all andys advantages.
After choosing your membership, you receive 24/7 access to your selected location. However, there is also the option to add the “Flex-Everywhere” add-on to any membership, allowing you to use the open-space area and Flex-Access area at any andys location.
How long can I work in a coworking space/office-as-a-service provider?
Office-as-a-Service means pure flexibility. You have the option to stay short-term if you only need a temporary workspace. However, office-as-a-service providers can also be seen as a long-term office alternative. In that case, you simply stay "forever" and benefit from the all-in service.
The availability of Flex-Access and Fixed-Desk can be viewed online at any time. If the membership is not displayed at your chosen location, it is currently unavailable. However, you can write to us at team@andys.cc to receive specific information about the next availability.
You can fully test a location of your choice within the first 5 days of your membership and withdraw from your contract without providing reasons. The satisfaction guarantee applies to Flex-Access and Fixed-Desk. If you withdraw, only a fee depending on the booked membership will be charged.
If you wish to request a certain number of workstations in a lockable office or combinations of our memberships, please contact us at team@andys.cc.
You can cancel via email or directly in the andys Members Portal using the cancellation button in your account overview. The notice period depends on your membership and the binding period defined in the contract.
Note that Flex-Access membership is the only membership with no minimum binding period and can be terminated until the 25th of the month without notice periods.
What is included in the all-inclusive package?
Each membership includes the following services: 24/7 access via smartphone, unlimited drinks (coffee, tea, fruit juices, soda), fruit, snacks, printing and scanning, daily cleaning, certified document destruction service, fail-safe premium Wi-Fi with two independent internet lines, access to the Members Portal & App, air conditioning, meeting room hours, as well as a telephone hotline or our online helpdesk via email.
You are welcome to receive your guests independently. Make sure to either book a meeting room or purchase a guest ticket in the online shop for your guests. More details can be found in the house rules in the Members Portal.
It is possible to register the address of your booked location as a company address. You can book this add-on at any time, independently of your main membership. For Private-Office memberships, company address registrations are already included. Pure virtual office services are not offered.
In andys locations, you won’t find receptions, but you can reach us on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM via our hotline and email at team@andys.cc. In urgent cases, you can also reach us via our emergency number.
The Operations Team takes care of servicing our andys locations daily. If you see someone from our team, feel free to approach them with questions, wishes, and even problems.
